Saic for council!
Since (July 2006), the elected representatives of the City of Longueuil have been holding their council meetings in a completely refurbished building. The engineering firm Dessau-Soprin and the interior design firm Vaillancourt & associs, designers inc. looked after the plans for their respective specialties.
As for Saic, we added our special touch to this project by proposing a complete signage solution designed using our Insignia system. Every room in the city hall, including the council chamber, has been identified and numbered as to type of function on aluminum-and-wood fixtures. In addition to producing pictograms, this project included wayfinding signage, directories, general key plan directories, etc., all with engraving and 3D cut-outs.
